By accessing or using the Healthy Churches Toolkit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a church or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Healthy Churches Toolkit provides online tools, assessments, resources, and consulting materials designed to assist churches with strategic planning, leadership development, ministry analysis, and organizational health assessment.
You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Global Registration program is exclusively intended for churches and users physically located outside of the United States and Canada (collectively, "North America"). By registering for a Global account, you represent and warrant that you are not located in North America and that your church or organization does not operate primarily within North America.
Any user who fraudulently misrepresents their geographic location to gain access to the Global Registration program shall be subject to immediate termination of their account without notice. We reserve the right to verify geographic location and may request documentation to confirm eligibility. False statements regarding location constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action to recover damages.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in our refund policy.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not share your church's data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

By creating an account, you agree to receive occasional product update emails from us (not marketing) informing you of new features and improvements. This preference is enabled by default and can be turned off at any time in Account > Notifications. Account and security emails will always be sent regardless of this preference.
We may record or replay user sessions within the Service for quality assurance, troubleshooting, security, training, and product improvement purposes. These recordings may include clicks, navigation paths, scrolling, page views, and interactions with forms or features. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your session may be recorded and used for these limited purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Healthy Churches Toolkit provides tools and resources for church leadership and strategic planning. The Service does not constitute professional consulting advice, and we recommend seeking qualified professional guidance for specific organizational decisions. Results may vary based on individual church circumstances and implementation.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
